There’s come a point for every emcee, after countless hours of  writing, re-writing, recording and re-recording that he must finally present a final product to the public. Something that distinguishes him from every other “rapper” and leaves his mark on the culture. I recognize that I’m a small fish in the considerably large pond that is hip-hop. I recognize that I’m contributing to a market that is already over saturated with mediocrity. So while many consider their first music video release as the day they “take over the game” I simply consider this my contribution to the culture and art form that has done so much for me, not only as an artist but as a person. The song is called ‘Recognition’ and is the first leak off my “Odyssey EP” with Milwaukee producer Moses. We represent a crew called Higher Education, that has a roster full emcees that are beyond ill. The video was filmed by Leo Purman of Altrac Productions. Much love to everyone who was involved, hope you enjoy.

  1. Wow! I like all the different scenes and the music, of course. How did you find all those places to film? Are they near Madison or somewhere else? Nice work!
